Amazon Leo in Nice: where do things stand?
Amazon Leo (formerly Project Kuiper) is not yet available to residential customers in France. Consumer launch is expected in late 2026 / early 2027. The French regulatory framework was approved in July 2026 (Arcep authorisation upheld by the Conseil d'État) and business early access is already open.
